He's growing like a weed and he's about 10.5 lbs. He & Murdoc really enjoy playing together which consists of chasing through the yard and house & playing tug. We feel so fortunate that Murdoc is such an outside dog because that is what Gruder has become, so housebreaking hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. He still doesn't like to get his little buns wet on the grass, though and I just don't trust him enough at night yet to let him sleep with the door to the kennel open. He is fun to have around.
