Hi Duane and Karyn,
We wanted to let you know that Jacki is still with us at 12 1/2 years and going strong. We changed to a raw diet about 8 months ago and within a few weeks her energy level was amazing. But a few months ago she developed an abscess on her front dewclaw that antibiotics didn't help. She had surgery to remove it 1 month ago and it is healing well. The biopsy came back malignant, but it looks like they caught it before it spread. If her energy and appetite is any indication, she is good. For 3 weeks we had daily dressing changes at the vets and they all love her for being such a little trooper.
Duffy is 6 1/2 now and such a sweet loving guy.
Thank you again for all the years of Scottie love we our family has enjoyed.
